Spiritual direction
Tending to the Sacred within and around you.
What is spiritual direction?
Spiritual direction is a spacious, nonjudgmental relationship where you’re invited to explore the Sacred — in all its names — as it shows up in your daily life, your questions, your body, your quiet.
I don’t offer advice or answers, but accompany you as a gentle witness, helping you notice what’s stirring and deepen your awareness where the light may be shining.
Whether you’re in a season of spiritual dryness, transition, deep joy, or aching questions, this is a place to be with what’s real — and to listen together for the presence of the Divine.
Who benefits from spiritual direction?
While many can benefit, it tends to be especially meaningful for those who are:
01
Exploring questions of meaning, purpose, or faith
02
Carrying burnout, grief, or fatigue from caregiving or ministry
03
Navigating change, loss, or a shift in identity or beliefs
04
Longing to deepen your relationship with God
